tip: how to get free water in clubs

Probably the scabbiest thing you can do, but my mate did it all last year and it worked fine. Bar staff look at you pretty oddly though...

Just ask for a glass of ice, dance around a bit with it, it really doesn't take that long to melt, and hey presto, half a glass of cold water to refresh yourself with!

When you've run out of money at the end of the night, it really helps to keep you going without dying of dehydration!

I've seen people get refused for glasses of ice.


The scabbiest thing i ever saw was some guy filling up his water bottle from the toilet bowl 8O

That was years ago at Niche in Sheffield.

i new a girl a few years ago that went on a night out, got mullered and at the end of the night her and her friends decided to walk home, when she realised how desperate she was for water she drank out of a puddle in the street!!!!!!

That is pretty scabby.

I just bought a bottle of water at the start of the night and kept refilling it all night........it's not that hard and it only costs 8 euro's!

you are not recomended to .. but as long as you have a strong immune system it should be ok .. i done it last year and im still here. :D
 
I think the tap water in the clubs tastes gross because it's desalinated. Gives you a stomach ache after a while, but needs must.
 
heres a tip i figured out after the second day i was there....

hardly any of the clubs seacrh you...sooooooooo just bring in two full bottles of water in your pockets and then youll only have to buy one or 2 by the end of the night

very embarrassing, but I refilled 2 years ago when I was there. Could not make myself pay 8 eu for a bottle of water. It was disgusting, but....I had no health issues.

I always refill in UK but i think im gonna have to bring bottles 2 clubs and then use pass outs to get another bottle :D

I tried drinking it in 2002 and nearly threw up over everyone on the rooftop terrace.

I'd rather just take a bit more money with me to spend on water than risk dehydration, although the idea about using your pass-out to fill up your bottle if a good one.
 
jesus christ! in denmark we have a law that sais that no one can be refused a glass of water no matter where they are. we have to provide peeps with water in the restaurants, bars ect, as we feel water is every mans right to get......
