This years visit for me is a little different, as I willl be on the Island w/c 24/8 with my wife and two daughters 11 and 8years this time as oppose to being there with my mate. My mother in law will be with but we cannot take the piss with nights out. I normally come to Ibiza in September.

Ideally I would have wanted to go to Carl Cox on the Tuesday eve but this is the first night of the hols so thats a no goer. We have decided on We Love, mainly as the whole of Space is open and I love the sunset terrace. We dont intend to stay all night and would like to arrive early. Do they do reduced price early doors no pass out entry in August?

We have decided to do Pacha one of the nights as well. My wife has not been to the Island for a few years and was 40 in May. I think this is the best choice of club for her, incorporating a meal at the Pacha Restaurant for the whole experience. The best nights would be Wed or Fri. It is Sasha with Sander on the Friday and Erick with Dirty South on the Wed which are two nights I have not been to. Could do with it not being rammed and not too commercial. Not sure how deep Sasha will play in Pacha after seeing him in Space last year it was a bit chin stroking. Will he play different in Pacha? (house music policy and all that). He was due to play Ushuaia on the Thur be its been cancelled so cant go to that. What would everyone suggest?

I am also open to suggestions on other nights or alternatives. We are staying in PDB.

Kleinenberg dumbs down his sets for Pacha so I wouldn't be surprised if Sasha did too, although I can't say for sure. Still, I'd choose that Pure Pacha line-up over Subliminal.

I'd do Kehakuma @ Space on Wednesday as it looks like a cracking night. Only you've got one Space visit already so perhaps not. :? Channel Zoo on Wednesday evening might be another option. Fun outdoor party and you'll be home early.

Taxi or hire car ?

Hi ... my friends and I will be staying around the Playa D'en Bossa area, and will most likely be spending a lot of time in Ibiza Town and going out to the parties at Pacha. We are only staying for 2 nights ... is it worth hiring a car ... or is it easy to get a taxi from Pacha after a night out ?

Taxis and buses are easy to get a hold of - it's only like a 10 minute drive from Pacha to PDB.

Personally Ive always found it a total nightmare getting taxi's at any time of the day or night around PDB. Even got to the point where we thought we would miss our flight cos the taxi's called from the hotel didnt show and there were none on the street. Just my experience

After my initial post I had a look at the party calendar then at Kehakuma. It looks a cracking night and good value also. Is the Sunset Terrace open and from what time?

That would give me more scope for Pacha - Fri, Sat or Sun

Thanks for your reply Morbyd

My pleasure.

Cadenza at Pacha Sundays with Luciano is another good bet. Ooh, and Dennis Ferrer is at Defected on Saturday. I don't think you could go wrong on any of those 3 nights.

Anyone else been to Kehakuma and can comment on the sunset terrace :?:
(I'm not going until Sept.)

some on has said in another thread -"kehakuma was not empty and not full... but only the terraca and caja roja is open at kehakuma" and that was talking about the opening.hope tis helps
