There is a famous sweetiereports site that analyses sweeties for ingredients and lets you know which are nice and which will rot your teeth or give you even more severe health problems (though not where to get them). Worth a look as much for your safety as your enjoyment.

What nights have been rocking? I'm considering the pukka up boat party on the Tuesday this year.
I know it will be soft funky house but it will be something different.

well itl be buzzing when Miss Mepham steps off the plan onto Ibiza turf in about a weeks time :D
