IT have just asked me if i've been busy today with a nasty look on their faces....... I'm v v scared!!! I CANNOT have an internet ban!!! :cry:

I swear if our IT dept (luckily it's all outsourced - phew!) ever looked at the top websites visited it would just be me...

internet ban is out of the question however cos it's an integral part of my work 8)
 
Mine too - Internet research blahdy blah!! Oh god i'm scared - heard nothing from the other job so obviously didn't get it!! :cry:
 
i'm getting slightly concerned about the searches i've done on google that show up as options when you got to do a search.

i haven't got access to delete them and someone else my have my comp at work soon. heres hopin they don't use google8O

Yeah I haven't a clue how you do that - I remeber when I borrowed my mates computer.... The things she was searching for...... 8O
 
yeah i can delete the cookies and i know how to delete this search memory thing on google/yahoo as well..............but I haven't got access to it cos its all looked after by central IT.:x :x
 
Luckily for me they dont give a sh*t here at our place, :) I do most of my work via intranet and internet so am always doing research stuff. Most of my Execs are always asking me to log on to HMV, Virgin, Concert Ticket sites and stuff like that for them so I am pretty much OK if they see me on the web. They are all aware of my obsession with Ibiza and as soon as they see me on here they assume I am looking for a next holiday and take the piss out of me (they call Feb/Mar "Ibiza Villa Panic time for Stephanie" .....:lol: )

We just have to be careful about dodgy stuff (like the Scat link in Members a while back - I nearly crapped (*no pun intended) myself when I opened that link and had to speak to my mate in tech support to come check my pc to ensure I hadnt got any links to those pictures 8O 8O 8O )

We have terminated employment for 5 members of staff this year for having dodgy stuff on their PC's (numpty's stupidly saved it to the network - FFS!!:spank: )
 
Just been asked AGAIN if i'm busy - i'm not bothered anymore need to find holiday insurance etc so they can swivle!!! Not like anybody's doing anything! :x

I wanted a sick day this week as I haven't had one all year but this womans off for a funeral! :evil:

Everyone from the office will be down the pub tomorrow and i'll be stuck here answering the phones! :(:evil:
