aww babe, it's for the best, this way you'll remember her in a better way and it gives her some dignity, sounds like she had a great life and you can be proud of yourself, my heart goes out to you :( x
 
:cry: sorry to hear it Leese.

When I lost my old Doberman of 11 years it broke my heart, but it does get easier. Think of the good times you had with her, and remember she hasn't suffered and you're doing the right thing.

Aw Leese, I really do feel for you :cry:

Just think what a wonderful life your little 'un has had with you and Paul and how greatly enhanced yours has been over the last ten years or so with her in it xx
 
thanks for all the wonderful things you've said peeps, I know it was best for her, she looked so peaceful when she went, bless her. Just got to deal with her boy now, hope he'll be ok. :)
 
Thanks people. I'm coping a lot better than I was yesterday when I had to watch her suffering. Least she went with dignity. I'm cool, just got to concentrate on the other one now.
