I would prefer Defoe anyday over Bent I must admit. Proven top flight goalscorer. Agree Bent has been injured but I don't think he is in the same class as Defoe. I would say Bent has more workrate in him but if you want a goalscorer then Defoe is the more prolific.
I am glad he has left Tottenham and hope he fails miserably at Portsmouth where he will be reunited with the other slipper fcuker Redknapp!

Good riddance to possibly one of my most hated Spurs player of the Tottenham modern era.
