The small things

After the mid level success of my Where Will be your First Stop thread, I’ve got another question....

What is the small thing that happens when you’re on the island that gives you that feeling that you’re in exactly the right place at the right time?

I’m not talking about big stuff, like the plane landing, or walking in the door at Amnesia or anything like that. Just the small stuff- a smell, a taste, a sound, something like that.

Resident Ibiza crew- this is a question for you lot too, not just us tourists!

Queuing to get into a club, going through security and getting frisked and your "balls weighed"(the small things) 😳😂

Also the chatting shite in the smoking area with randoms at 3am+

the scent of the pine trees, especially after the rain.

chupitos de hierbas after dinner - in the right places still on the house.

pacha's toilets and the ground floor outdoor bar

underground terrace on a busy night

dc10 garden monday 6pm just before it starts getting busy.

The pacha toilets reminds of exploring what seems like a maze of routes in pacha, going through a random door, up some seemingly steep stairs and ending up on the roof terrace. - oh so this is where that goes!

Those little type adventures in clubs where you find new places (or toilets!) are really golden!

I haven’t done Pacha properly evidently!

Love Pacha for this. Finding the steps from the small downstairs room, the global room (bound to have these names wrong) the outside upstairs toilet. The bits under the VIP bit... being slightly wonky and exploring them thinking not many other people know about them - when clearly thousands do!

I just smile when I hear dance music EVERYWHERE, doesn't have to be loud. Just walking down a street, getting in a taxi, at the airport, in a lift or nice restaurant.

Like Stivi said, I love the smell of pine trees while walking in the forest especially early in the morning.
Going for bike rides in the countryside and listen to all sort of different animals noises, from crickets to cockerels, dogs to frogs etc etc
Walking around the little streets of Dalt Vila in winter when there is hardly anyone around.
The sound of the sea waves in a quiet beach.
In a clubbing situation, when you get into the music and get those “Ibiza moments” and the random chats.
