Someone's gotta start importing frozen pelmeny to the West. It's the perfect quick snack food (drop them in boiling water for 10 minutes and there ya go!). I would have loved the alternative to maccaroni & cheese and ramen noodles for late-night snacks when I was in university![]()

I adore blini. I love them with a dollop of sour cream and some raspberry jam. Or, alternatively, with sour cream and red or black caviar 8)
