Does anybody else agree that their cover version of Grace's "Not Over Yet" is one of the most dreadful bits of noise ever recorded?

All the radio stations I listen to have are always playing it! It is utter sh*te - it makes me really angry so it does!

Surely this is all realtive my dear. I quite like the Klaxons. However its never gonna be a good tune to "cover" is it. Its what it is and you can throw some guitars at it but dont make a good tune!!!

Lets consider other ****e options..... Any or this dance remix **** thay play on Galaxy in manchester. Dance remixes of ****e R.n.B for example. Shame on the people of Manchester for listening to this....

Sorry I am just not into such "trendy" bands like Klaxsons - seems everyone into them the now maybe I don't get it!

haha. they deffo a grower, ill give you that. did you like the original. I had it on vinyl and it got well annoying. So to cover it was just MENTAL!!!

Did like it as first i must admit but now I skip to the next tune on whichever CD it's on! Yes it does grate a bit now!

actually a good album - not amazing but good

the Not Over Yet cover doesn't bother me - better than the current trend in "****y house" for taking any old pish tune and tarting it up

altho - on Jonathan Ross last week they absolutely murdered their own version of it - pub stylee

Agree re tarting tunes up - and don't get me started on Mark Ronson - he's another one I don't see what the fuss is all about - that Smiths "cover" Stop Me was pants. Yes indeed Stop You Mark!

Really I suppose I can't say anything though as I have not heard him DJ or that!

Haha.v Apperrently its a **** hot show when live. Its a take it or leave it type album that. I quite like it sat in the sun with a beer. Some good tunes by Mr Ronson. the smiths one not one of the better ones in all honesty.

Saying about covers tho. You heard that remix of the Police mentioned somewhere on here. Downloaded it last night. Its well and truly on my compilation im taking to ibiza.

House/Dance/Techno/Rave has always done that. Take any tune (or tunes) from yester year and add more bits to it.

I like the funked up old stuff, but maybe thats a sign that I am getting too old for all this.

Have you heard the Godskitchen Electric CD's. The most boring heap of poo I have heard in years. Music should put a smile on your face not just let you listen when you are faced.
