The Ice Factory - Perth

The Ice Factory used to be good but since the refurb they've gone all commercial.

The Rhumba nights used to be quality.

For example, my first Rhumba was October 2001. I bought a double header ticket for about £20. They had Timo Maas on for one of the nights then Lee Burridge and Sasha the week after. Pretty good.

Not been since the refurb, although I'm going to tonight as it happens for the first time in almost 2 years to see the worlds number 1 DJ :?

My mate is DJing there as well though tonight so got to support him eh.

ehh? didnt think you were goin bart? what was it like, any good? some bird i pulled last week was going, or so she said in a text midweek, biatch hasn't texted back yet so she's getting deleted.

Yeah, I wasn't gonna go but there was about 30 people going through so didn't want to miss out. Got stuck on the guestlist anyway.

Tiesto was absolute pish, went downstairs 2 or 3 times when he was on to check if he was playing any decent tunes, not a chance. Worst DJ I've seen for a while.

I just stayed upstairs pretty much the whole time and had a great night because there were so many of us through to support Neil. He didn't disappoint, best set I've heard him play for a while.

The upstairs is the best room now, it's far too bright in the main room, at least on the right hand side. It's darker on the left. Still don't like it in there though.
