If we stayed up I was most looking forward to Truro away.

But football is shit, and we got relegated.

I'm not expecting any better football than what neutrals were put through last night, for what it's worth. Just looking forward to a good day out. Promotion would be a bonus

You could write a book on this season.

New clueless owners. Mid table Boxing Day, sacked our manager in front of his family. Gave his assistant a 2 1/2 year deal.
Won his first game on NYD then no wins for 14 games. Big protest in March, sacked sporting director the next day. After that 4 wins, 4 draws and 1 loss. Was in our hands last day of the season and we f***ed that up.

Lastly in April had new investors come in from Egypt, in his own words, `most people think Arabs have money, well I haven’t got any’. The next day historic posts from his missus, also on the board come out sticking up for Hamas.
She was given the boot the next day, then he pulled out day after. The story got international coverage. Social media pages bombarded from the Egyptians, mass reportings, so pages got took down.

Next season we’re playing regional level football. 15 years ago our first game of the season was Sheffield Wednesday away in League 1, in a couple of months we’ll be playing some pub teams.
 
Wow. Well the National League/Conference certainly won't be the same for us without the Daggers. We had some great games over the years (the 6-0 play off game hurt if you remember it). Im sure you'll be straight back
 
Football related....got a text message last night that my eldest's Local Authority transport won't be taking him to school today due to road closures and expected traffic issues for the Spurs Parade.

When I wanted him out of school an hour a while back, I had to rustle up proof of a dental appointment, but miss a whole day for the 39th in Europe Celebrations? No problem!:lol:

Talk sport during the day is great radio. Plenty of banter and a good listen. I think Gabby is a great co host too. It’s miles better than listen to all the shit commercial and bbc stations during the day.

I think Arsenal TV must be mainly watched by rival fans to take the piss. Similar for hyperbolic fan TV of other clubs

Landed at Stansted at 19:30 this evening. In retrospect, connecting via Tottenham Hale for my onward journey was an error of judgment
 
Well..the Scot's have totally torn the Italian league apart...Lewis Ferguson (ex Aberdeen - we'll be getting a sign on fee shortly) wining the cup with Bologna as captain ...then McTominay (excellent tonight) and Gilmour winning the league for Napoli. Still can't believe Man U sold him for 25M. Who is laughing now?
 
I honestly thought we had lost in every situation possible, but it strikes again 😂…An absolute wank feeling for more than one reason. I hope at least one of the promoted teams stay up otherwise there’s no point in it these days.

Ignore my last post, I thought you was Southend.

We were incredible that day. Josh Scott scored 4, think he only got 4 in the next 4 seasons.
