The eclipse "test"

I hope this makes sense - this next week is the equivalent sunset times as will happen during the eclipse in August, so should give a decent idea as to how low in the sky the sun will be during totality. However August tends to be a lot dustier (hence the blood red sunsets) so even on clear days, the sun gets obscured as it sets, so might spoil the experience. On the other hand, will feel like the sun sets twice within the same half-hour and could make for fantastic viewing!

Yellow line is the line of the eclipse with the orange being sunset. If you are in the wrong position in San An the eclipse could be behind Sa Conellera island which is 60m (about 190') high - head north of town for a decent view it seems!

I was thinking of heading towards Cala Gracio, out on the rocks around there, looks like the best bet from what you have posted.
Those on the east side, Ibiza town, St. Eularia, PDB may well see nothing as the sun will be behind the hills. If anyone's around there it might be and idea, next week, to see if you can see the sun set from those places. Even from the top of the fort I don't think you can see the sun set (70m top of the fort, 390m the hills and they are directly in line).

May need a ton of buses to get people to the west, and the ferries to Formentera may well be packed!
