Is just an unpretentious movie, to have a laugh!!!, to watch a sunday nigth at home. I couldn't stop laughing with this film, the first hour non stop. The last half an hour it goes a little bit down the hill, but not as much as to spoil it.
If you like fashion you just should see it for the clothes, shoes, bags and other clothes items they wear, is like looking a vogue magazine I loved it just because of this. Meryl Streep is fantastic!

I've seen it and loved it. Enjoyed it so much I think I was grinning to myself all through it and still grinning all the way home.

The clothes are amazing, I love that montage of Anne Hathaway walking through the streets of New York every day with a new, gorgeous outfit.

And agree, Meryl Streep is brilliant in it.

This is a film I actually want to see But when I suggested going to the cinema this week with Tom (thinking we'd get there and I'd go 'oh look a film about clothes we'll have to go and see it ) he informed me that there's a new Scorsese (sp??) film about horrible gangsters and stuff that he wants to see

I guess I'll just have to read the book

I loved this film, and I agree the clothes were fantastic!

I did hear some girls in the loos after the film saying the book was totally different especially the ending??? Not sure what she means by that guess you have to read the book to find out

It's like a self-indulgent little treat. You can go in the middle of the day and see exactly what you like and eat a whole tub of popcorn to yourself.

Having said that, I'd probably feel like a bit of a geek if I bumped into someone I know.
