I like my tea and coffee. I normally have a cup of tea before I leave the house (green tea if I'm feeling virtuous), a latte when I get to work, then a couple of cups of tea during the day and something caffeine free like redbush tea in the evening.
I've had 3 mugs of tea so far, will probably have another couple during the day. I hate coffee. I couldn't function without my cuppa 1st thing in the morning!

A friend of mine told me if you really need your caffeine, tea was better than coffee. It has more antioxidants or something.
I found Tickety-Boo tea to be particularly wicked when it came to caffeine. Coupled with some chocolate, it was like like liquid Prozac. Not good if you like to go in a sauna after working out, though.
