Dates you were there:
3rd to 6th April (Semana Santa)
Where you stayed:
Hotel Torre Del Mar - it was nice but we are normally out and about so didn't make the most of it
Would probably just make sure a comfy bed and non-noisy hotel in future
Club nights visited:
Tanit opening
Chinois
Las Dalias - Namaste garden
All good and enjoyable early season atmos
Best night:
Tanit / Chinois
Worst night:
N/A
Best bar:
Tira Palla, under the Dalt Vila walls, friendly staff and great cocktails. First time trying and will go back
Coolture Café is one which surprised last year, surprisingly relaxed, friendly and food that is above what you would assume looking at the place.
Paradise Lost & El Santo, our regular spots, were closed. Looks like Paradise Lost have a plan they mentioned last year coming to fruition
Best place to eat:
CoCo's bar and kitchen, Chris is as always friendly and the food is nice modern tapas.
Chidas was good but wasn't too hungry.
Golden Buddha for chicken satay, love them. This was really really busy but it was the holiday weekend.
Just grabbed small bits as and when, had a cracking pizza in Coolture last day.
Best beach and/or beach club:
Only really had a walk on Salinas which was nice and quite busy for the time of year
Money spent:
Pretty low for our normal spend, last minute Chinois tickets being the most extravagant purchase
Biggest regret:
N/A
Going back?:
May
Top tip:
Went up to the San Jordi flea market and after a little bit of browsing, rocked up in the bar area with some beverages and enjoyed the DJ playing there. Very enjoyable, people just having fun and will wander up again and for longer
Observations and/or conclusion:
I do like early season even if options are limited there is more than enough to keep you entertained, or not if that is your thing.
The semana santa stuff is fascinating to watch and such a juxtaposition to the islands reputation
