Tele on ibiza

A neighbour of my Dads in San Eu has kindly installed him a tv line and box. My Dad says he gets 50 odd channels , 4 or 5 of whcih are English.

I presume he has been given the equivalent of terrestrial digital? If so what are the English language channels and are there likely to be any "pay tv" English language top ups.

I'll be out there in a couple of weeks but just wondering in advance was his set up is likely to be?
