just back from the mud!

went friday - took hours to get there. managed to get in for Bloc Party (excellent) & Arctic Monkeys (ok)
mudbath - trainers binned, wellies bought

saturday
caught Kate Nash (ok), CSS (brill), Babyshambles (fan-bloody-tastic), Klaxons (great) and The Killers (excellent)

sunday
Tiga, Josh Wink, Hardfloor, Maximo Park and Dave Clarke

blinding time.....too drunk......phone busted...loads of dosh spent.....jeans now mud coloured

Only managed to get there on the Saturday but have my tickets for next year all ready yeeee haaaa!!! Cant wait.

I caught CSS, New young pony club and many more all amazin!!
 
Had a great weekend.

Sat - Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys was definitely the highlight. Soundhack/Soundstream was pretty good as well apart from that it was a bit of a blur.

Sun - Queens of the Stone Age were absolutely tremendous, never heard a live band like them. Wu Tang Clan were excellent as well and Hardfloor were pretty good.

Still feeling the effects a bit now though :spank:
 
I had a great time, Stanton warriors on Friday night. Spent Saturday in th Slam Tent. Sunday I seen a few bands. 3 day hangover/comedown was brutal though.
