First of the Slam Tent headliners are gonna be announced in tomorrow's Sun! :D

Apparently they're getting more live acts, like how they had Royksopp at last years TITP.

Hope Adam Beyer is in there though 8)

Justin Robertson, Deep Dish (with a later set), Dave Angel, Michel De Hey, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath (who might well be in the line-up since he had to cancel last year), Layo & Bushwacka, Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier, Ben Sims, Cari Lekebusch, Vitalic and Green Velvet wouldn't go amiss either :P
 
Nope never...a few of my mate shave though so should be up for it.

I went last year for the 1st time and it was one of the best weekends I've ever had, up there with Ibiza easily! Was camping from Friday until Monday, the campsite is an absolute riot, it's hilarious! :lol:

Slam Tent is immense as well, it's huge with mental lighting and banging sound system, great party atmosphere too! :D

Yeah I know about Jon Carter, it's my mate running the night, going to Layo & Bushwacka in Edinburgh instead though! 8)
 
I'm going to TITP this year!

So far looking forward to Bowie & The Pixies!!

But hopefully there will be some top acts in the Slam Tent

I've seen CarlCox, Fatboy Slim, Xpress2, Richie Hawtin, Basement Jaxx, Dave Clarke, Jon Carter and an afternoon (non-commercial) PeteTong there!
 
all my scottish mates talk bout this weekend

but i think they are all back to ibiza when it is on or i would definatley come up for it

think its a bit like the V festivals down here
i went to the one in chelmsford last year for the first time, camping for the weekend. it brought essex alive

was a brilliant laugh
definatley going back this year august 21st-22nd if anyones interested :D
 
Yeah its 10 & 11 July. Its such a great weekend. I was there last year and had an amzing time. All kinds of music and the atmosphere is always crazy. :D
 
well lets get on to rob bout it see what he thinks

I have lots of mates that live round that area, so we could stay with them..

..camping could be good fun though, probably a better laugh! What do you think?
 
well, camping at v last year was wicked,
but we'd have to travel a bit so might be a bit dodge with a tent, then theres putting it up and all that, probably end up with a w@nk pitch. and the toilets ergggghhh not even gonna comment

i dunno though, lets see if robs up for it, its an idea anyway innit

Yeah cool...probabaly just end up sleaping with the tent pulled over us all the state we'd be in...putting up tents is never easy at the best of times. :lol: :lol:

We're supposed to be going to Glastonbury this year to....you going? :P :P
 
never been before but its tempting

after going to V, i'd go to any festival, and Glastonbury's loads better than that.
i never thought you could get such an atmosphere in the UK.

Then again, ive never even been to a live concert so i suppose it was a bit of a first for me

Didnt make it back to my tent for sleep the whole weekend, but i reckon its best to have a campers ticket so you dont get thrown out

oooooooh i love the summer 8) 8)
 
My mate went to Glastonbury last year with a band, so got VIP. By far the best week of his life he said! :P :P :P

Atmosphere etc was apparently amazing...thats why I wanna go this year. Tickets on sale at start of April I think

U know you wanna....... ;)
