Swedish House Mafia Takeover Ibiza

From what I can gather its verging on dangerous in Pacha it's so crowded on a Monday. Pacha is no fun when it's that busy, as you just can't move.
 
Monday 12th

I had a good spot right behid the booth and did not feel uncomfortable... Loads of space to chill outside if needed. Maybe that was the last time :)

such an amazing night, loved it
although it was far too busy, maybe ideal venue would be amnesia? any1?
 
Shouldn't these guys rename themselves? - "The Swedish Cheese Mafia" would be more suitable.

Christ, what do they play? Cheesy, commercial house which is about as far away from the underground house scene as your ever gonna get.

Seems a shame they have to have the word "House" in their name which is strange when you think of the real house music pioneers back in the day.

I mean, Kylie Minogue? LOL , says it all really, pop music!
 
thought about doing this night for a 2 dayer in september after dc10 but dont know if its worht it now, might just do dc10 then a few bars after wouldthis be a better bet judging by reviews on here??

Really though, are you THAT bothered about it?!

They dont claim to be a part of 'the underground house scene', they are what they are and put on a great party with a brilliant atmosphere so who cares what genre they're meant to belong to

Thats just wrong! Did you ever listen to a set from Angello? Or just check out his Subliminal Winter Session compilation! Tech House/Electro House far away from cheesy house music!! The guys (Angelo + Ingrosso) are able to play really nice house music!
We went last year to their party and it was awesome! Brilliant Show, great crowd and really nice music!
 
SHM 20th September

Does anyone know if it's still stupid busy this late in the season? We were over in July and cancelled our Guetta tickets because everyone said it was a nightmare. We arrive back tomorrow for a week and might go if it's not as rammed this time. Any feedback appreciated. Cheers
 
Went on Monday(20/09) and it was absolutely amazing. The comments about it being too busy are true but i wouldn't class it as dangerous, think a move to Amnesia would be perfect though as someone above has said. One question though, who were the 2 guys on right before SHM? Because it wasn't Alex Metric as advertised.
