Support your local shop!!!!

* Word of warning do not attempt doing it under the influence of alcohol. I had sticky rice and seaweed all over me!

Second attempt - yes it is fairly easy.

Also check out videojugs on how to make it.

Tip - wet fingers before handling rice and also wet VERY SHARPE knife before cutting

Ask for sushi grade fish at fishmongers

Just what I needed - will report back (hopefully not from hospital bed)

If everyone would pay extra then the smaller shops would thrive. They don't so they won't.

But coming back to Jam Man's mate - Tesco was of course started off as a small one shop firm. It's difficult to draw the line as to when they are to big.

And when we have familes who can not afford to feed the kids it often seems a bit senseless to demand a kitsch corner shop in every town charging through the nose as they buy their cheese in job lots of 5.

The ideal I suppose is horses for courses & the market dictates. Which is what happens now. It's not so bad.

Re sushi, for you londeners, I went to an amazing place in Wilsden Green at the weekend - sushi say, best i've had:

The cash machine has been installed today. Prime position for organised Liverpool gangs to steal it with a stolen 4x4?
