OK, so I'm on my way home from a (great!) party last night a little after 2am and I stopped off at the supermarket for a few things. As I stand in the checkout counter, I notice that just over the Mentos and right next to the Smints and Orbit gum is a display with boxes of condoms... not too big a deal, but next to them are three rows of cans of lubricant, some of which were prominently labelled "for use in anal sex".
Now, I know kids are growing up fast these days but I just had this image in my head of some 6 year old going "Mommy, please buy me some Mentos. And what exactly is anal sex?"
Am I being prude? Or do you think this was a bad point-of-sale display decision by the supermarket?
