Sun bed or fake tan?

Fake tans from a bottle these days are so good I don't know why anyone would use a sunbed, granted some of the cheaper ones aren't all that but if you use San Tropez, Fake Bake or that other one (can't remember the name but by that Fran bird and that Patsy Palmer bird) you pay more but they're as realistic and safer than any real tan. And as for the Tanning Shop's 60 second spray tan they're probably the best invention known to man :D

Totally agree with Barbie! ;) St Tropez is wicked and I would never use a sunbed and always use factor 15 in the sun. Don't think people really learn how dangerous the sun is until maybe they actually know someone who has been affected by its dangerousness! (Is that a word?!!!) :(

i saw a thing lou on tv of this women who went abroad a lot and thrapped the sunbeds and her skin was awful under this special thing :?

I am cacked in fake tan at the moment, it smells, our hot water has gone on the blink and I am going out in an hour tsk tsk tsk

Definitely best to just stick with your normal colour. Pale and interesting is incredibly sexy, far more so than a 'I've been tangoed' look.

Sunbeds are a definite no-no, unless you want to kill yourself. I'm not really a fan of fake tan and imo, it looks just that - fake. Some brands do a decent job, but too much just looks awful.

I'm with you, Clara.
I know for me it's easier cos I live near the beach and I go brown quickly but I'm really pale 7 months :D

I don't have my dictionary and I need it for that, but I found this:

Spanish Omelette (Tortilla de patatas)
1/4 kg potatoes
6 eggs1dl oil
1 onion

Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Chop the onion. Heat oil in a frying pan and then add the onion. Sautée the onion until it is brown and then add the potatoes and a little salt. Stir the contents until the potatoes are done. Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and then the potatoes. Mix well. Turn the heart up under the frying pan and add the egg and potato mixture. Brown on one side and then turn the omelette over to brown it on the other side

I usually fry the onion in a small pan and the potatos in another one.
The most delicate thing is when you should turn the omellet. If you can use olive oil

Eat with a salad or in a sandwich but only with french bread

You tell me on monday ;)

Ever had Hummus? It is something different and no animals died in it's creation.

1 tin chick peas (drain but keep the liquid)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp tahini
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp soy sauce

Grind up the chick peas in a mouli or blender (mouli is better; it gives a smoother consistency).
Add all the ingredients except the reserved liquor from the chick pea tin and mix well.
Add enough of the chick pea juice to make it creamy, dippy or spreadable, depending on your intended use.
Leave to ripen overnight in the fridge.
