Of the 3, I'd pick Subliminal.

Id do the same... I have seen Morillo at Pacha twice, and both times hes blown the roof off that place...
Saying that, im sure SHM will be pretty good.
From what i have heard FMIF is too packed, and a bit cheesey, but it depends what your into.
Im going to the opening parties, and will probably be seeing Subliminal again...
