Sublime Restaurant advice needed!

just looking to book a table for a 30th birthday celebration for next saturday and need some help in choosing a restaurant!

looking for a place which people would consider to be 'special'... where they have great food, somewhere chilled but with great music, somewhere which is typically Balearic, possibly somewhere which opens til late so no rush to leave... cost isn't important,... was considering KM5 but wasn't sure what the script was with regards to their licenses etc...
All ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Presuming you are in Ibiza you can ring an book a table at Pacha, open from 10pm+.
A group of us dined there 09/05, as ladies who like to dine out we enjoyed the whole experience.
Good environment, good service, menu not to extensive, decent wine list.
It was a Wednesday night (Subliminal) we dined, so we didn't need to queue and pay into see Erick Morillo et al. We let our dinner go down with a glass of champers on the beautfiul roof top terrace
