Have got an appointment with a pharmacy man tomorrow to do the NHS program so back to day 0 for me stuie said:
How weak are we? I've been smoking all weekend, far too much! Think it's because I knew I was starting again today so I got as many in as I could!

Yeah I thought if I'm going to do it I may as well do it properly altho from what the pharmacy man said to me on Saturday that I've got appointment with him tomorrow evening and then the following week I'll have another appointment and that will officially will be day 1 and that would be handy cos it means I can smoke all Bank Holiday wkend

I'm thinking the opposite. If I can last this week and then get through the bank holiday weekend, I'll have my mind set for the summer! One boozy smokies weekend leads to another!
