Star Wars Ep3.

too much CGI, crap script.

didnt seem to have any sense of reality.

ok, space scenes and some parts would have had to have been CGI, but just seemed to much.

also, should have bought back Dave Prowse to be the body of Vader.

Hans Christen Anderson made him look like a skinny guy in a rubber suit.

not as menacing or imposing a presence.

I liked it! I was so sad when he turned to the dark side, he is such a cutie!

And the Darth Vader vs. Obi 1 fight was the best!

If you think the movie is crappy, you should examine the old ones, they are the same and have the same style. I think that is what old george was going for. None the less I liked it!

I really enjoyed it too :D
The first 10 mins was poor and I had a feeling that it was going to be a huge let down with bad acting and dodgy script.
Yes the CGI was overdone and the screen far too busy at times which for me took away that feeling of watching in amazement.
Nevertheless as someone that watched the original as a 4 year old and grew up with my collection of Star wars figures and Toys I thought it was extremely well put together to fairly seemlessly end where the original films began.
I particularly like how the final scene on the Star destroyer looking at the death star being built had reverted to the low tech look of the original film with flashing buttons and lights...that continuity was excellent.

I am planning to return this week for a second viewing :D

I thought it was ace. It didn't disappoint me one iota, which considering the height of my expectations was some achievement. The odd dodgy bit of CGI didn't bother me, just like the rubbish creatures in the cantina in ep4 didn't or the Ewoks didn't (ok I've just lied about that, I still hate the Ewoks).

At the end of the film, just for a few seconds, I utterly remembered what I felt 28 years ago watching the very first as a 5-year-old, and that's rare. It was like being reunited with someone very close to me after all that time.

Exactly how I felt!
