Seen alot of people this year with the small star tattoos (both men and women).
Im thinking of getting a few done.
Anyone know anything of their significance or of what they're all about, or are they just fashionable at the moment?
fashionable - tonnes of people have them it seems.
Although I did hear someone mention that they were originally used by heroin addicts to show where a vein was when they were too ****ed to find one but I think that might be a load of rubbish

Tattoos are actually used to cover track marks/injection sites.
I was watching a television documentary ('Hooked:Illegal Drugs') a few years back and some (older/stock) footage showed a guy injecting right into a blue star... I remembered a few of these on relatives/men in my neighborhood (mostly vietnam vets) from when I was a kid. hmmmm
