We must have been there at the same time! First time I'd seen him and now a big fan.

 

[Nostalgic]

1.Nina Kraviz - circo loco dc10 she played a vinyl set which i was impressed with, and was the only room where i got a good space to dance so stayed till the end.

2. LEON Music on. Got in too early but was just too excited to be in amnesia for the first time, plenty of room to dance nice tech house to warm up to especially with that crisp sound system.

3. Jamie Jones - Music on

Was at the front when all of a sudden 4 security members pushed straight past me with jamie jones a breath infront, got a good space by the dj booth where he played the finest tech. Couldnt last to see carola my biggest regret though.

4. Tale of us - Rainbow Warehouse. Birmingham. All the hype of them in Ibiza i finally got to see them on my doorstep. Rounded off the set with 'north star' epic duo of techno slowly in my top 3 djs of all time.

5. Jon Rundell Space . Was filling up nicely before the mad rush of carl cox came on. Tech house grooves which always gets me dancing.

Yes it was the Monday of cocoon closing , just couldn't get over how busy it was . Did check out one of his boiler room sets and he had an MC spitting out some bad boy shout outs over the mix , which I thought was unusual , so I think his style is very versatile , or his taste in music has changed since the boiler room set .

Nic Fancuilli and Joris Voorn @ Ushuaia on the Thursday was a great set.

Got too wasted at Marco Carola/Joseph Capriati on the Friday night...
I'll need to pace myself better this year
