Space opening fiesta

When can we finally have the line-up for the opening?

In 1 month it's the opening and nothing yet has been release!
Space is normally the biggest opening party and also the party that start the season( maybe not anymore but some still consider it as the start of ibiza clubbing saison)

Why Ushuaia and Amnesia has release the full line-ip already a while ago space hasn't even realize 1 or 2 headliner. I know that they had to change the date of the opening but still!!!

Stivi, when do you thing we can except having the line-up?

I think we'll see a first list of artists next week, but with more to be added still.
 
Looks as if darius isn't suffering getting turfed out of sankeys

Hope they will release a line-up that show that space is and still the best club on earth as they always say with all the awards they won!
 
What's going on with space??? It's less than 3 weeks before the opening and nothing yet has been announce, i know they had problem with the change of date... but still!
Not really sure they will release something big to be honest! hope i'm wrong
 
They always seem to announce their Opening party late (or at least the full line-up). Even when they can decide on the date!

Ok, so we know about Groove Armada, Syrossian B2B Sidney Charles (B2B Santé??), Technasia B2B Pleasurekraft

I'd bet on: Jon Rundell, Jonathan Ulysses, Camilo Franco, Mark Knight, a few ENTER. regulars - maybe Paco Osuna? Ferry maybe - they have had random trance acts in previous years, and of course Ultra is quite EDM orientated.

Will they get a marquee act like Hawtin or Coxy? Not always the case, though I'd like to think they'd make an effort to secure one of their big names in light of their date f-up. Luciano???

Last year Deep Dish & the Chems were the stand-out names on what I thought was a pretty "meh" line-up. Still a great event, though. Still need a decent act to sick alongside GA. Maybe Simian Mobile Disco? or Basement Jaxx?

Always a strong American contingent at Space Opening I find. So i think this crowd will be catered for.

All the above is a prediction. No inside info! :p

Simian Mobile Disco could be a good shout, they are playing Primavera Sound in Barcelona on 27/05 so they are close to the island that weekend. Also Ritchie Hawtin plays Primevera the same day so he isn't far away either.
 
Leftfield are also about to release new material. And the Chems have a new album coming out. Would be perfect for either of them to appear.

Taking a look at the We Are FSTVL line-up in the UK the same weekend - how many of those acts have a Space affliation? Coxy & Nic Fanciulli straight off the bat.

Simon Dunmore and the Defected lot (now that Glitterbox is confirmed)?

Steve Lawler has done Space in the past but would assume he contractually obligated to Sankeys Opening only.
