Some new of a friend of mine, who is working on the magic Isle.

"Space is no bigger. I met the manager the other day and he showed me round the building works, they have moved a few bars, added toilets, lost the shop and created another room upstairs to hold maybe 200 people. the terrace is exactly the same. the building works is only to comply with new regulations."


Hope the volume on the terrace is going to be higher than last year!! :(

I have been meaning to ask other people this actually....last year at the end of space closing i was wandering about the place on my own and i went upstairs inside....there was a door leading outside with another little terrace, above the main terrace - with a nice bar and large bean bags strewn around.

it was ace! 8O however i didn't know if this was just a specially laid on area for sponsors etc as it was the closing party - or if its always there??

I had noticed that earlier on in the day that it was totally roped off for vip's.

anybody else seen this? :?

I went to try and find you but got stopped getting up there :roll:

A few people said they'd managed to get up there earlier in the day.
 
this will be my 3rd time in ibiza,...and for the past 2 yrs i havent been to space :oops: i seriously need to discipline myself and not go out on the sat night and head for i love sundays.

Same here. This will be my 3rd time, and my first time going to Space. In my last two trips I went to Pacha 3 times and Amnesia 2.
 
my problem was not being able to stop myself going out on the saturday night,..u know how it is,...everyone is sooooo fired up @ night there,...then id try and get up for the sunday and just calapse :lol:
 
Same happen to me. Leaving PACHA at about 8 in the morning, but half way to Space, began getting tired, had to return to the hotel.

im there for probably the 1st 2 weeks in august or the last week in july/1st week in august.

we r booking it this saturday

Yeah, we'll point each other to Space.
I'll be there for the Opening Party 30th of May.
I get to Ibiza on the 26th. The last time I went on the first week of August, Great time!!! 8)
 
yeah it was the 1st week of august we went last yr,...mainly for the radio 1 weekend,...best weekend on the island me thinks :twisted: totally off the hook! cant wait!
