Yeah space site is down and I haven't seen a box to buy tickets on the spotlight site. 12 CET is 11am on UK time isn't it?

I was on F5 since 11:50, saw it on the spotlight page 10mins delayed (12:10). But never hat the Chance to buy two. Always got this "Unfortunately there is no more availability for Space Closing Fiesta Standard Ticket."

yeah had the app, spotlight & space website all open since 11.30 CET and kept refreshing ans nothing Will try again but this is taking over my life and I think my boss was a bit pi55ed off when I told him I couldn't do a sales update call as I was trying to get Space closing tickets

Spaceshop website very slow, I managed to purchase (I think) few minutes back 13:15CET, typed by credit card details and then clicked submit. But after clicking submit, it went back from bank website to Spaceshop website and now it is still in phase "4. Review and place order".. Wtf

From bank credit card details, I can see that 99€ has been issued, but no tickets have been sent to my email. When they will be usually sent? Or what is the correct Space email-address where to sent question about tickets?

Opening hours: in low season from 10am to 5.30pm, high season until 6pm

Yeah same for me, credit card issued and haven't got any tickets to my email. And can't see the tickets in "Orders" in My Account @ Spaceshop website. I have sent msg to Spaceshop via web address..

bug in space shop, mate call her bank & transaction is on the way even nothing appear in space shop website..yes they need engenners in ibiza for their website too despite roads &é so on...
