Space Closing 2016

as for david guetta, a few on here will remember that he actually used to play space once a season, for we love back in the day (I think up until about 2007). I saw him a few times during these years (playing the terraza). of course he played on the more commercial side of things, but a) that man can actually mix (if he wants to) and b) it was completely different to what he plays nowadays. yes I'm gonna say it, it was actually enjoyable and he took the damn roof off the club.

but hey, I'm talking about 10 years ago.

Guetta early 2000's used to kill it! That i won't deny...

Apart from the fact that it's one last payday, i haven't seen anything/anyone that warrants the 35e extra per ticket yet!!!! Or is part of the reason for the increased ticket price to cover the surely longer than normal opening hours!?!?

And if so... What are they reasonably looking at?!! An extra 4hrs?? 6??? 8?????

The extra €35 covers the 2 free drinks (basically not free) so its a pretty standard €65-70 really

Is there any indication when the next lot of tickets will be available to buy? I missed the first release and am worried I'll miss the next. Thank you

Cuando saldrán a la venta nuevas entradas para el closing de Space??? Por favooor!! // when more tickets will become available for sale? Pleaseee

I know this has been confirmed elsewhere - gigatools, his website etc. - but i spoke to Lawler before his set at Creamfields this past weekend.

I just couldn't NOT ask about Space Closing! Here's what he had to say:

We also discussed fabric & Warriors. Full interview here: http://tinyurl.com/jb468wr
Thanks for sharing, really good read. Had many a Sunday at We Love with Lawler tearing it up, he 100% had to be on the line up, wouldn't have been right. The same goes for Zabiela, some of his sets in the Discoteca! Unreal. The line up is seriously taking shape, is going to be a celebration of 27 years of amazing music at Space. The likes of Dave Morales & Carl Cox in particular will bring that to life. Just need a few more of these mythical tickets now!

Cor he's not modest is he!?!

It's funny, at the time he didn't come across big-headed at all. Just passionate & proud.

Reading back it does come read a bit boastful, doesn't it. I guess it gets a little lost in translation being transferred from spoken word into print.

But he was totally cool.

great interview, its a shame if fabric shuts, not that ive been but faced the same with the arches in Glasgow, we are struggling with a decent venue and stellar line ups. Gone are the colour line ups of old with Lawler & diggers being residents... now we are left with edm drivel and odd good night

I know what youre saying... more 'gutted' if he didnt get asked and missed a chance of a lifetime opposed to 'fuming' coz he didnt get asked and he most certainly should of?
