Aye absolutely. Get back to that door and demand to see Pepe. If they are willing to email you any sorta refund you HAVE a ticket to get in otherwise what would there be to refund!! Get them tellt man!!!
 
How did you receive your ticket if not by email? I would pay the cash and get in and worry about the money tomorrow. Don't let it spoil ur trip
 
Ps obviously yer not gonna get to see Pepe but id be kicking up shit. As they let folk who never bought pre sale etc breeze on in??? Aye i wouldn't be having any of that shit man.

soha loads of people paid but then never got sent physical tickets. It was a total shambles their IT f***ed up big time.

They said just bring proof of payment + ID and you'll get in but now they're not honouring that on the door. Presumably because any old person can forge something and they' never be able to control it. Was stupid of them to say to do it publically but can't change that now. Ring credit card fraud team, report them for mis-selling & register charge-back claim then go pay on the door and move on !

The ticket from space didn't have the barcode and all that which was sent on the email (which we didn't get). Woman on the door said this had happened a lot on the night but nothing she could do
 
Can we not find the press release from Space which said it would be fine to show proof of payment & ID ? Then just go back and flash that at them with FB video running ..... if they are blatently not honouring what they promised people on social media then it's time to expose it for starters.

How strict are they being with ID? I have 2 tix that I couldn't use, and they have barcodes. If they will scan the barcode from your phone you are more than welcome to give them a try. Might not help, but you are there on the Island and we gotta at least try to get you in!

Basically an admittance to error. Travelling oor there for that, disgusting. I know if it were me (cause i'm a typical Scottish prick at times haha) i wouldn't be beat. Hook or crook i'd be in there no matter how much arguing i did (pending i wasn't lifted by Guardia :lol: )

What a legend of a human you are! Why not email this dude the PDF of the tickets??
 
^^ Give this a go. It's not a big deal if your hotel has 24-hr reception you can probably even get them printed off from an email. I'm still trying to hunt back through thousands of FB posts by Space about getting in after the IT glitch.

That's a great thing to offer it really is but from what I saw they were checking everything matched up with the tickets

Well that sucks man. Yer there, its probably not far away from you, and maybe with a little bit of perseverance you could maybe get in i dunno. Just shite whats happened and soured it all.
