That happened to me, If using your phone it works with wifi connection instead of using your mobile data

Some friends of mine have purchased tickets through Ibiza Spotlight but forgot to print them out. It says on ticket that they should be printed out. Do they need to do this before they get to Space or will they be OK to get in with the barcode on their phone?

Talk to your hotel reception. Most places have a terminal linked to a printer - ask them nicely and you can sign into your account to access the tickets and ask them to print them off for you. Or else email them to reception. Have had to do it so many times with boarding passes .... most places are very accommodating if you explain the problem.
