my overriding reason not to use any of those sites.....I left people for a reason and don't speak to people I used to for a reason.
I knew it was time to disable my profile when I got poked off this girl who i had a one night stand with shortly after my ex fiancee broke off our engagement (a period of my life I have dubbed the "lost weekend" where I took the advice to "up the batting average" a bit too literally). I wanted her to leave on the Sunday morning, however due to her having no cab money, and me not being in a fit state to drive she was there until I got back from work on the Monday night
