Flying solo didn't book anything,hopefully meet up with other like minded professional party animals who like chilling and killing it on the dance floor.. I like trouse,trip,trap and hop..see you on the dance floor or hammocks when chillling..

del rey apts - the reviews I read aren't amazing and I don't really want to hang around pools with tourists/families but it was cheap and we are only there for 4 nights. just using it as a base. I've been reading some of your old posts about Ptx and doing some other research. I think we are going to go out on the Monday and then explore the north the rest of the time. no real plans the other evenings. will just see what happens..

unfortunately, too late to take any advice as I already paid last month... it looked decent, self-cater, and I wanted to lock in at a good EU/USD rate @ 1.14 (I think EU is back on its way up).
I just wanted to know what I got myself into. Most of the review say that it is an OK value for money.

actually have a fairly mental september in store - 2 trips planned, to ibiza and sete, + receiving 2 different groups of visitors to BCN, not to mention my gf's bday and my mum's bday, all in the space of 15 days - perhaps not quite in the FGP league of endurance but still..

pals is close to begur - north of barcelona. the area is stunning. sète, which is very nice too, is south of montpellier in southern france.

yes, love the area. not too far from there this weekend.
as for Sete, it will be slightly strange going back. The last time I went in 2006, was a very surreal weekend. Certain details have to remain offline but all I will say is that trying to climb over sharp spiked railings after a heavy night is never a sensible idea....
there were 2 venues a short walk from each other - the Theatre de la mer (an old Roman amphitheatre, which I'm returning to) and Amerik, probably the best outdoor club I ever danced in - sadly closed now (I think?)
the live highlight of the weekend was the eccentric Sebastien Tellier performing by the sea rocks - someone recorded this clip. it was just the tonic after the night before.
