I heard this for the first time 2-3 years ago and i have to definately agree with most people that it should never have been touched. The original was a great piece of mellow house which came out at a time when Hed Kandi were actually quite credible. Now they're owned by Ministry Of Sound, it doesn't surprise me that this crappy remix came out.
 
love the original from a few years abck but the version that is on the mucis channels and kiss every 5 minutes is absolute sh1t.
 
It's good to get peoples views on it. Seems weird so many Ibiza clubbers destest the version that I'm loving the most man, lol
 
You guys heard the Eric Kupper mix? It's my fave out of all them....it punches it up a bit but doesn't try to be too much of a club track....it still retains that summery, jazzy beach vibe so it still keeps true to the original. It's perfect. 8)
 
This remix is great and the tune fits Ibiza like a glove!

I dont understand what your people were gashing about...
 
Im not normally into this type of music at all, but I first heard this played at my hotel while I was sat on the balcony watching the sun go down. Id been recording the moment on my phone at the time. It kinda became a good reminder of Ibiza for me too, sitting bored in my work going back through video clips etc. For the next 6 months Id been trying to find out who it was by, then the next time I heard it, it was the Grant Nelson mix and I was pretty confused as it sounded ****.

Shoulda left it as it was in my opinion.

Im agreeing with charles on this, the original is a clasic, but the grant nelson big room vocal mix has got to be the best mix out there of it. The chords on the piano make this such a funky tune, but as you said each to his own
