seriously, sleeping on yr back makes the problem much much worse.
anything which can keep you on your side or front during the night (such as above) really does help.
It could just be time, old manCheers Russ, but I do sleep on my side always. It's been considerably more noticeable the past couple of weeks and i'm blaming the flu I picked up xmas eve. Not sure how long i'll get away with that excuse though![]()
