Sleeping in ibiza

Ok, so, you don't want to do to much of it!

But i've always found it difficult sleeping on the island, mainly because you are usually trying to sleep during daylight hours following all night partying.
Anyone got good tips for nodding off for a few hours recharge?

tamazepam (if thats how you spell it..)

but if you cant get that then earplugs and those little eye mask things they give you on the plane!

Earplugs can help but I don't really have too much trouble sleeping in any situation. I definitely sleep less in Ibiza than I do normally but somehow five hours usually seems to do the trick over there, at home I would be dying if I did that more than about once a week.

You can go to the chemists in Ibiza and get some sleeping pills from them.

Me n my mum did that a few years ago when we stayed at Club Paradiso.
Although it was October and hardly any of the young mob were there we were kept awake at night by rowdy families jumping in the pool at 4am whilst their brats ran amock! Earplugs dont work!

I would suggest Nytol, or a spliff or 2, if you need to sleep because of taking uppers be very careful with the jellies or blues (temazepan and valium). As someone who has dabbled with these in the past and have had friends with addictions I know only too well the damage these can do and you might not wake up one day!

Same for me, somehow I just survive without much sleep and worry about it when I get back :p
