Is Reus airport anywhere near Barca really?

Just found very cheap flights but don´t want to travel miles to get into Barcelona itself.....
Cheers in advance

115 km, about 1 hour and something
THere's direct bus from the airport to BCN, it doesn't say how long it takes but I guess around a couple of hours

My patience wouldn´t stand that, will look for a flight to the proper BCN airport.

Thanks Sil.

Girona airport has faster connections by bus, just one hour journey, but
easyjet leaves from Heathrow and arrives to BCN airport ;)

Just had a look and they fly from Luton too and that´s easy for us too.

Thanks again!

I got a flight from London to Reus yesterday.

The bus costs 11 euros one way to Barcelona. It took a bit longer than an hour. There are also plenty of taxis.

I flew into Reus as well (flew back from BCN) it takes about an hour and a half into Barcelona, look forward to going back there (watch out for bloody pickpockets though)

That's just two weeks!
Where are you staying? Are you coming with the current or with your football team? do you need any recommendation?

The football team. There's 15 of us and the lads say they'll accept your kind offer. Didn't realise your house was so big!

 Just me and the current really and I've booked a cheap hotel called Hotel Oasis, having spent a fortune on good hotels we were barely spent any time in last year. Thought the extra cash would be best spent on nice meals etc.

This joke worked much better if, as I misread, you had said 'do you need any accomodation' meaning to recommend hotels.

a top five must see list would be great please...

It's a great location, that area (babs know it well, she always stays around there) is lovely, full of nice bars, restaurants, shops and very charming. Down the corner you have Santa Maria del Mar, which is probably one of the most beautiful gothic churches, really worth the visit.

Book a table at Agua for a lunch al fresco, their paella with prawns and artichockes is out of this world, when booking, make sure they book a terrace table, if you don't say anything they place you in the inside, which is nice but not that nice.

And then book a table at PLA for a romantic dinner. Their tunna is the best in the world and the place is just perfect. They have two restaurants, you should book at PLA, Re-pla is more business orientated
I love this restaurant :D

And if you want to have the meal of the year I can recommend you few 1 or 2 micheline star restaurants, just let me know

My must-dos for what they are worth:

Segrada Familia (sp??)
Parc Gruel (in fact we did that as part of the tourist bus thing which was a great way to see the city and stop off wherever you want)
Nou Camp (try and watch a game, even if there's no game on go for the tour cos it's such an amazing stadium)
Torre d'alta Mar (if you want a really lovely fancy restaurant with amazing views of the city)
Lunch at Agua (get a table outside if it's sunny)

Parc Gruel, jeez you make it sound so appealing, like some sloppy food. It's Guell.;)
