Sigur Ros

sounds like me post club.

i love em

immense epic melodies.

original

not sad, generally uplifting & when that guitar with a bow kicks in ... bosh.

video about gayers also, so whats not to like;)?

listen and watch to the end.

Can I retract that statement - if I'm going to cry and orgasm simultaneously I don't want it to be to atmospheric dirge, I want it to be industrial goth tones whilst being whipped to within an inch of my life by a twisted crusty.

...

that said, the above vid is very nice. The music is soft and gentle and I can see why anyone would love it - but it's the last thing I'd want to put on post clubbing.

...I do LOVE music but I just don't seem to have that white man's formulaic gene like everyone else.

I prefer jazz improv to classical and blues to indie. This doesn't move me half as much as gut wrenching soul and bassline driven music. Just an opinion I guess.

I like 'em.

Wouldn't listen to them when I'm working out or in holiday mood.

But, yeah, great soundtrack for the old sobbing / knocking one off scenario.

We have the same musical taste, the Sigur Ros does nothing for me. A night of soulful house is a good night.:)
