That´s it....I´ve signed...done and dusted at 11.30 this morning....I now own a house!!!:D

Soooooooo glad its all over!

Good luck to anyone else buying / selling this year! Hope you don´t get as stressed as I did!:spank:
 
Oooo....I havent been on here for sooooo long....how do you post piccys that you have saved under "My Documents"? Doh?!!!!!:?

Well.....I told one person....then things started going wrong over the past two months with various things, mortgage etc. so I kept schtum!....until today!!!!!! Whoopeeeee!:D

How do I post a piccy?
 
I'm not sure how to post them from 'my documents' - if you're nice to someone they might host them for you! ;)

that is such a nice place! I close today on a condo/townhome, not too stressed today, but it has been a stressful month.
