Any updated info on the clubbing scene in Sharm el Sheik? pricelevel, type of people ect. Anyone been to Pacha down there?
 
Presumably you are going diving and clubbing?
If you are I believe the better place to go is Eilat where the diving is very good and the nightlife much busier, not quite Tel Aviv but pretty good I understand. Sharm is really an old fishing village popularised by diving.

I used to live in Palestine and for political reasons I'd prefer not to go to Eilat or Telly. Have been to Eilat once and found et VERY expensive. Even more than Telly and Jerusalem. I was thinking about going to Sharm for the sun and the sea (I dont scuba) and was curious if there was any night life there at all. Cheers!
 
been there in november 2004. pacha is alright, very nicely made and when we were there, people were in good mood (pete tong was playing one night). admission fee was quite expensive in relation to the other prices in sharm el sheikh, about 25€. but i thought it was worth it.

people there were mostly normal tourists, you can't compare the clientele there to the clubbing crowd in ibiza. there were also quite a lot of locals, always nice to me.
 
hvad med i år så? håber jeg får råd til 2 ture, omend måske bare en forlænget weekend dernede efter den 1uges ferie vi snupper sidst i Juli. hvor i kbh bor du? bor på Islands Brygge
 
Ved det ikke endnu, måske 3-4 dage hvis der er billige biletter med Spanair igen i år. Har planer om Cape Town i stedet ;-) Nørrebro
 
jeg talte med spanair og de siger de ikke holder en decideret rabat, fordi de sidste år havde konkurrence men ikke har det længere.

but i understood what you wrote about, i once had a girlfriend who was half-danish...
