IMO its not the best venue (need a total renovation to appeal to a more trendy market) or in the best location (as it could easily be missed).

it made its living by having 18-30 type organised events (pub crawls, etc) that would come in on various nights during the week, so on those nights it'd be rammed and the drinks would be flowing whilst on the other nights (with no organised events planned) it'd be dead.

saying that though, i reckon there is still some room in the san an market, esp. west end area, for more 'trendy'/pretentious bars

I saw a video on it and have heard all of these crazy stories. I'm an Ibiza virgin coming down in June, I was really looking forward to partying there.
