September...

Hi, I'm new to the site. I'm going to Ibiza on 7th September for a week with friends but I'm worried that it might be a bit 'dead'. Could anyone give me any info about what I should be likely to expect.

Thanks in advance.

It won't be dead. September is the month of closing parties. Check out the party calander on the spotlight website. I've on ever been once, in the first week of September, and it was far from dead, however, I picked my nights carefully and every night I went to was busy.

I'm sure the island is less busy than it is in August though..

We went for the week of the We Love..Space closing last year and although a lot of nights had finished there were still plenty to go to and the island was busy but not like in August (where its too bust IMO)

Also, my other half likes Sept cos its not quite as oppressively hot as in late July, early August

September is great, especially mid-month.

Just don't stay past the Space closing (usually very end of Sept... Oct 2 this year). It's really depressing when everything shuts up a couple days later.

i'm off on the 7th Sept for a fortnight this year aswell...have been in out in July, August & September now and have enjoyed September the most...not AS busy as August but I thought that was a good thing...clubs are busy but not absolutely rammed, with certain exceptions of course!

It will be anything but dead. September is possibly the best time to go.

with of course the exception of november december january february march and april!

not quite so crowded and not quite so hot.....

I'm there in September but I'll be there towards the latter part of September...See signature for details. :)

April is a great time to go. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there in April 2 years ago, and never once set foot in a club!
