September 2012 -- CONFIRMED!

^ ^
Let's see how you get on when you finally get to the island, wise guy, ;)

Senor Simon, 2 things.

1. We're young, so sleep is practically a useless endeavor. I get about 4hrs rest on my regular days anyway.

2. I've been to Las Vegas where it's practically identical to Ibiza. Only difference is the lack of an ocean. However, the hours at clubs is just as crazy I'm assuming. I've been able to manage 4x days straight of clubs and enjoying the touristic side of Vegas. Lol.

...definitely not trying to be "wise guys" :)

Ok, I'm not going to carry this on all night because I do need some sleep (soon)

Las Vegas is nothing like Ibiza, really!!....maybe the Ushuaia thing and a couple of others
If you just want to stick to the night life that's your loss, there is so much more...

All jokes aside , im actually serious about seeing more of the island this year and if that means less nights out and more quality nights then that's ok with me.

Im keen to rent a car for a few nights, just gotta get over the driving on the other side of the road thing.

There's no useless conversations in my book.
But definitely I'd like to hear your advices/opinions on what else to do. I have checked the Spotlight's links, and I would like to do some biking/exploring of the island.
What would you recommend sir?

Hi guys;

In a perfect dream world where i can back up and get messy every night this would be my plan

9/30

Dave looks like you got a partner in crime for cruising around in the scene. Picking up girls and such. You guys are always welcome to bring them back to the condo for drinks and pre--party

Joe this event I will definitely go to :)

I definitely want to explore more of the island this time. We'll probably pick a day or 2 to be sober and rent some scooters and go find some of the harder to reach beaches. I'm hoping to actually take more of it in, we've always done it on the (fairly) cheap side before. Although it still always cost £1200+ for the week. This time I really don't care if it ends up nearer 2 grand, I want to make this trip the best it can be. I'll just work more overtime to pay for it.

6 weeks today. Can't go quick enough!

How does that work out over there?
I went to St. Kitts a few months ago and they required to have an m1 licence (motorcycle US license) in order to rent scooters on that island.
Is this the same process?
If not, I'd be down to do that. Haha, do they have regular motorcycles :D

I've never done it but as far as I'm aware you just pay your rental fee, and a fairly big deposit, and you're off. It's generally very relaxed in Southern Europe.

And the scooters I've seen about over there are mainly 50cc or 125cc. If we can, we'll go for a 125, which will be fine doing 60mph.

Anyone got first hand experience of any of the rentals in PDB?

Adding to that, I doubt you can rent a geared bike without a motorbike license. The ones I've seen over there are the twist and go scooters, crappy looking things but a bit of fun and a good way to get about

Screw it bro, we'll find out over there.

I'm just real excited everyone! :D

I'm in for the scooter candy trips too...

I think we can rent them from Cooltra moto in PDB and you get 125cc ones on a normal car license if you're over 25.

I arrive early hours 23rd so that day will defo be we love space
.. The cocoon Monday then just go with the flow for the rest of the week! Would be good to meet up ei anyone going space

Hey Steph, I'm definitely hitting up We Love at Space. I don't know too many dj's, yet, I'm not such a main streamer, lol.

I'll update our events during our time there a bit better. My cousin and I are trying to actually settle this down. Hopefully the plan is to buy 3-4 tickets through Spotlight for events we will definitely want to go to.
And just like you, go with the flow once there :)

Update:

Events calendar for our stay from 9/20 - 9/30 up on 1st posting of this thread and will update occasionally until 100%

Looks like our paths cross a few times.

Not 100% on Fri 21st but will either be going to Pacha or Ushuaia. Probably Pacha as we won't arrive in PDB till 10pm and that's a bit late for Ushuaia as it's a 17.30 start.

We love @ Space, ASOT, and Together @ Amnesia are the 3 we'll definitely be doing.
May not be getting a lot of sleep from Sunday - Wednesday then, as they're on consecutive nights 8O

I'll definitely be doing some Ushuaia as well and Bora Bora.

I'm just looking for something more concrete to get tickets for prior to us arriving and have that ready.
Probably buy tickets ahead of time for 3 or 4 events.
Then, buy some at Ibiza when we're there.
