murder - death penalty

rape - neuter the bastards

they wont do it again.

THat's a constructive point of view

so what is? do you think these people should be locked up for eternity?

or "corrected" and let out among us?

they had a choice when doing what they do. no one forces anyone to rape or murder someone.

if a dog bites someone, it can be put down. why not humans? cos we're better than animals? in which case that would be reason enough to not act like animals and live in utopia.

Sorry to hear that Sil, my point was being that I used to think the way you do, until my cousin was stabbed to death, the bloke who done it got 2 and half years, woop! I'd happily see him dead, sorry if that sounds harsh, but just the way I feel. Or on the other hand they should just be locked up indefinately. (In some situations anyway, not all)

I do sorry to hear that Leese, I think most of us have similar cases around.
My point is: if we kill that guy we won't feel better, instead of that, another family will be suffering the same ;)
if my son did that i would kill him myself ;)

with you there.

the law is ever tilting out of favour of the victim.

if there was no crime, there is no victim. so why should the one commiting the crime get off lightly!

Sad story. That's why I am always for the armed citizen. It definitely makes the predators think twice when they are not sure if the predated might respond with lead slugs.

What the heck am I talking about? It is quite pathetic in SD, when it comes to SD County issuing CCW (Concealed Weapons Carry) licenses. Orange County is the only beach county in the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia that is the easiest to get a CCW. OC, when compared to Florida, Arizona, Texas and Colorado and many other states it is still very tough. It's time to move from the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia to a Second Amendment friendly state after I am done with my training.
