Season Review 2010: Space

Kehakuma closing was quality...! Had a fantastic night with my man, (despite us being old enough to be everyone's parents) the music was right up my street. Afterparty at Ushuaia was top notch too. V impressed with Guy Gerber and Nick Curly especially.
 
Kehakuma was my favourite night this year - best mid-week night on the island! I think it deserves an even better right up than it had.

To me Space was really back this year. Cox, Kehakuma, CT, Be and We Love had quality line-up after quality line-up. CT was like a little We Love, but with even more variety of music in someways. I never thought on paper it would work - but it did.

BE had some great sets (Radio Slave was amazing), but that night just has a strange feel - just never really kicks off! If I was Space I'd adopt a much more Commercial/House approach to Friday...
 
Well during my closing party week this year Space was still for me my favourite night.

Some of my friends complained the music was too similar in all rooms which i guess is partly true, they need to get more Yousef style DJs for the sunset terrace, otherwise the two terraces might as well be playing the same music.

But I still love being bang in the middle of the Discoteca at around 4am when it's going off.. my idea of heaven.

lol couldn't agree more! that sound system had my ears bleeding this year.... that room is just made for techno....
