saxophone house song? help!

i heard this song from a friend it was on a mix cd called space club, it was around 2001, it had a guy saying some spanish words in and out through the beginning, then during the main part it had what sounds like a saxophone playing, song had nice fast club/house beat, was not mellow tune. if anyone can help i would be truly thankful, have been looking for a while.

My guess is the spanish bit at the start was still mixing out of the other song?
