SATURDAY NIGHT IN IBIZA??

A LOT OF PEOPLE TELL ME THEY REST ON SATURDAY NIGHT IN PREPARATION FOR SPACE THE NEXT DAY. IS IT WORTH GOING TO THE CLUBS?
 
relaxing on saturday is okay..

so on sunday you can go to WLS@Space, after that on monday DC10 (Circo Loco) and in the evening Cocoon@Amnesia 8O

couldn't planned it better!
 
im tempted by cocoon on recomendation from a mate, but im only there a week this year and ive never been to manumission before AND optimo are at manumission, plus added bonus of being able to buy manumission tickets before i go (and therefore putting them on credit and freeing up funds for other things!)...

might need to wait till next year... tis very bleepy in there no?

It's either Hed Kandi @ El Divino or Def Mix @ Pacha or for the ones (me me me) that attend Radio 1 weekend there's Radio 1 party @ Space !! 8)

Tbh there's not much on in Ibiza on Saturday nights. DefMix @ Pacha is ok but you get a bit of a funny crowd there, a lot of people who are just there cos it's Pacha and a Saturday night.

Don't even bother with Hed Kandi.

Much better to do something like go to nice restauant, watch a sunset, go to a few bars imo.
 
like Barbie said but would add in having a look around the streets of Ibiza Town - Saturday is absolutely bedlam there usually with plenty to see and do
 
i agree, i missed space closing last year ( :cry: )cause we went to the amnesia closing party, which despite being good we had to leave early (for reasons best left undisclosed :D )
 
Why miss hed kandi??

We hit it for first time this year and although very busy it was an excellent night.

If you're unsure hit BORA BORA til gone midnight, then chill and then hit space at 8am.....

not for the faint hearted!
 
okay, as I understand if you are into progressive house and trance there is no club to go on fridays and saturdays.

am I wrong about this?

Pure Pacha on Friday has a mixture of guests some who may be progressive house. Check the calendar to see who's playing on different weeks.
 
Hello party people!

I'm in Ibiza only Saturday night July 30th 2005.
according to this forum you "relax" on Saturday.
I would like to go to a club since I'm there Saturday night only.
Could any one advice me please? Thanks in advance :)

The reason why a lot of people say they have a 'night off' on Saturdays is that for a lot of people the main party of the week is on Sundays @ Space. Also Saturday nights have always been generally the weakest in Ibiza.

But that said you do have DefMix @ Pacha (with the likes of David Morales, Frankie Knuckles etc) and People from Italy @ Amnesia (which will feature local DJs).

If was going clubbing on a Saturday I'd do one of those 2. Alternatively if you get there Saturday daytime go to Matinee @ Space instead.

What time Martinee gets going?

What do you think about the Water Party @ Es Paradis?

It sucks that I'm only there Saturday. I'm going to have to plan a trip back to Ibiza so I could go to Space on Sunday.

Matinee opens at 8am but gets going late morning til about 5/6pm. Imo that's a way better option than what's on Saturday nights.

I've never done a water party but I know they tend to attract a young toerag crowd so I would personally stay well clear.
